Lea Salonga received her Hollywood Walk of Fame star on September 4, becoming the first Filipina honored on the boulevard. The 2,855th star recognizes her work in Live Performance and is at 6255 Hollywood Boulevard.
Salonga supplied the singing voices of Princess Jasmine in Aladdin and Mulan in Mulan and Mulan II. Disney named her a Disney Legend in 2011 in the Voice category.
Her stage career includes a Tony Award-winning performance in Miss Saigon and Broadway roles as Éponine and Fantine in Les Misérables.
