Tidal Force took its final splash at Hersheypark on September 7, ending a 32-year run for the Boardwalk water ride.
September 7 was the ride's “LAST SPLASH,” and the boats will now be docked permanently. Tidal Force sends riders up a 100-foot incline before its downhill run and splash.
Hersheypark Continues Into the Halloween Season
The retirement applies to Tidal Force, while Hersheypark's Halloween season runs from September 12 through November 1, 2026. The park continues operating after the summer schedule.
Tidal Force stood in The Boardwalk water park area, alongside Hersheypark's other water attractions.
