NBC Sports Grill & Brew at Universal CityWalk will host a one-night NFL Kickoff event from 4 to 8 p.m. on September 9, with a live DJ, referee-themed stilt walkers, Prize Guys and a game premiere on the big screen.
The football-season menu will remain available through the end of football season, giving guests more time to try the four additions beyond the kickoff event.
Four football-season menu items
- “Crunch” Corn Fritters: Corn fritters with arugula-radish slaw and Creole remoulade.
- Mac and Cheeseburger: A mac-and-cheese croquette with cheese, barbecue sauce and pickles on a brioche bun.
- “End Zone” Bowl: Cilantro rice, chicken tinga, black bean-corn salsa, chipotle aioli, jalapeño queso, Jack cheese and pico de gallo, served with fries.
- Berry Fizz: Strawberries, strawberry crisps, vanilla cream, lemon-lime soda and sweet cold foam.
September 9 kickoff at CityWalk
The event and menu are at NBC Sports Grill & Brew in Universal CityWalk. The dated entertainment is limited to the September 9 kickoff window, while the four menu items continue through football season.
