Gideon’s Bakehouse announced a secret Baklava Cake Slice available September 10 only at both of its locations, while supplies last. The one-day release is limited to two slices per person.
How to unlock the secret slice
Guests can unlock the slice by wishing “mom” a Happy Birthday
at the register. The release is dedicated to Gideon’s mother.
The flavor combines walnuts, buttery phyllo and honey with cinnamon-swirl cake, lemon-orange-blossom simple syrup, spiced honey buttercream and candied walnut crunch.

Both Gideon’s locations are included
The secret slice is available at Gideon’s Disney Springs and East End Market locations. The Disney Springs bakery is open 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and it is open 365 days. The slice remains subject to supplies lasting.
