Skull Island: Reign of Kong Remains Closed After More Than Two Weeks

Kong was still closed on September 11 after being unavailable for most of the past two weeks. It was briefly listed as open on August 31.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong remained closed at Universal’s Islands of Adventure on September 11.

Kong has been closed for most of the time since August 27. It was briefly listed as open on August 31, but was closed again the following day.

Over the past 90 days, Kong’s average posted wait was about 20 minutes, and its CrowdLevels reliability score was 90.2.

Universal has not announced a reopening date. Guests can check Kong’s live status and wait times before heading over.
