The Edison’s Shaken & Stirred cocktail classes are back at Disney Springs, with upcoming sessions running from September 20 through December 27. Each two-hour class pairs hands-on cocktail-making with tastings and a light lunch.
A private bartender leads each class, with room for ten participants. Beginners are welcome alongside more experienced cocktail makers. Sessions run from 1 to 3 p.m., and tickets cost $120 per person.
The next class, Smokeshow on September 20, focuses on mezcal. October’s sessions cover American single malt whiskey on October 3, gin on October 17, and Halloween cocktails in Shaken, Not Scared on October 31.
The remaining class dates are November 14 and 28 and December 12, 26 and 27. Those sessions range from lesser-known cocktails and tea infusions to holiday drinks, with holiday-themed tiki cocktails closing out the schedule on December 26 and 27. Check the booking calendar for available seats.
