Jiminy Cricket and the White Rabbit appeared as roaming characters in the Walt Disney Studios Lot courtyard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on September 11.
The two characters moved through the courtyard outside The Magic of Disney Animation instead of greeting guests from fixed locations. Jiminy Cricket appeared in his familiar top hat and coat, while the White Rabbit carried his oversized pocket watch.
The appearances added two less common characters to an area already built around informal encounters. Disney’s courtyard is designed for characters to turn up around the lawns, trees and walkways.
Disney does not list appearance times for Jiminy Cricket or the White Rabbit on the attraction page. Roaming characters can change from day to day, and either character may appear briefly or not at all.
