UPDATE, September 16: The lower front of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is visible again at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Scaffolding still surrounds the upper tower, but the newly exposed section shows the refurbished pink facade and arched entrance.
When this story was first published on September 13, scaffolding covered nearly all of the front of the attraction.
Metal framework stretched across the central facade and up to the roofline, with protective scrims hiding sections of the Hollywood Tower Hotel. The hotel sign remained visible from Sunset Boulevard, framed by scaffolding.
