Space Fantasy - The Ride remained down at 4:15 p.m. JST Sunday, more than seven hours after the day’s interruption began at Universal Studios Japan.
CrowdLevels recorded the September 27 interval beginning at about 9:10 a.m. The attraction was not marked for a planned closure.
Sunday’s record is separate from Saturday’s interruption, which ended at 9:35 p.m. after the park had closed. That endpoint does not establish that the ride reopened or operated between the two records.
The spinning coaster is in the park’s Hollywood area and has a posted ride time of about 10 minutes.
No cause was announced.
