More than 200 costumes, props and other pieces filled Walt Disney Archives: Uncrated at this summer’s D23 event in Anaheim.
The exhibit was split into six areas: Sitcom, Fashion, Disney Channel, The Muppets, Sci-Fi and Magical Relics. Disney described it as the Archives’ largest showcase at a D23 event.
The display took 10 months to move from the first idea to the finished exhibit, according to Walt Disney Archives exhibitions manager Kelsey Williams. Some pieces had never been shown to the public before.
