Gideon’s Bakehouse will serve a new Cookie Butter Shortbread Shadowcake at its Disney Springs and East End Market bakeries on Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11. The weekend release is available while supplies last and is limited to two per person.
What is in the new Shadowcake
The dessert layers browned butter shortbread, chewy caramel, vanilla bean cake and cookie butter ganache. Gideon’s coats the cake in dark chocolate and finishes it with crushed Biscoff cookies.

Two bakeries, two days
The Shadowcake will be sold at both Gideon’s locations for the full two-day run, subject to supplies.
