Magic: The Gathering | Marvel: Darkhold Destiny will be released April 9, 2027.
The set sends Marvel characters into a new story built around the Darkhold, with Thor, Doctor Strange, Hela and Magik among the characters shown in the first artwork and cards. Wizards of the Coast says the story will move across dimensions and into the Dark Dimension.
A companion Marvel comic will introduce a new character tied to the set. Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly are writing the comic, which is scheduled for a digital release in February 2027 and a physical release in April.
Wizards says Marvel: Darkhold Destiny is available for preorder now through local game stores and other Magic retailers.
