Shanghai Disney Resort will run a 10-day Mickey and Minnie birthday celebration from Nov. 9 through Nov. 18, with a different costume look each day, a castle projection show and Mickey-shaped fireworks.
The celebration falls during the resort’s 10th Birthday Celebration and ends on Mickey and Minnie’s shared birthday, Nov. 18. That date brings a special party in front of Enchanted Storybook Castle.
Ten costume looks across ten days
Mickey and Minnie will wear 10 looks drawn from Shanghai Disney Resort’s first decade, one for each day of the event. A day-by-day costume schedule has not been released.
Daily band performances, birthday food, merchandise and a special ticket offer are also planned. Prices and ticket terms were not included in the announcement.
Castle projections and Mickey-shaped fireworks
Enchanted Storybook Castle will host a special projection show capped by fireworks, including bursts shaped like Mickey’s head. The Nov. 18 finale adds the birthday party in front of the castle.
