Universal Studios Japan is adding limited-time Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and Yomi no Tsugai experiences in spring 2027. Both collaborations are part of Universal Cool Japan 2027.
The park has not announced exact dates or attraction formats for either experience. Those details, along with food and merchandise information, are due later.
Fullmetal Alchemist last appeared at Universal Studios Japan in 2005 with Fullmetal Alchemist Premier Tour. The 2027 program will be the park's second collaboration with the series and its first in 22 years.
Yomi no Tsugai, also created by Hiromu Arakawa, will make its theme-park debut. The television anime is based on the manga published in Square Enix's Monthly Shonen Gangan.
The two titles complete a five-series Universal Cool Japan 2027 lineup with Sailor Moon, The Apothecary Diaries and Detective Conan. Sailor Moon begins Dec. 2, while the other programs roll out in 2027.
