Guests have their final chance in 2026 to ride El Toro and Medusa at Six Flags Great Adventure this weekend.

Both roller coasters will close for the season after the weekend and return in 2027.

El Toro is the park's wooden coaster, while Medusa is a floorless steel coaster with multiple inversions. Six Flags included both rides in its final-weekend notice alongside the last 2026 weekend for Fright Fest, Kids Boo Fest and Oktoberfest.
