Disney Sparklink Stars began service in Japan on November 4. The free-to-play mobile game is available for iPhone and iPad and Android devices, with in-app purchases.
Players act as a conductor training original “Spark Rider” characters. The game mixes three-match puzzles with stage competitions, skill development and photo customization.
Four teams draw inspiration from Mickey & Friends, Monsters, Inc., Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella. Planning, development and operation are handled by coly in cooperation with Walt Disney Japan.

Launch Events and Rewards
One million preregistrations unlocked a launch reward package that includes training items, 20 offer letters, 5,000 Lumy and a choice of one three-star Spark Rider memory after the tutorial.
A three-night Spariku Backstage! livestream series starts November 4 at 8 p.m. Japan time. The final two programs are scheduled for November 5 and 6 at the same time.

Disney Store Japan also added Sparklink Stars artwork to its online D-Made custom merchandise line on November 4. The collection is not offered at the D-Made Lab inside Disney Flagship Tokyo.
