Six Flags is reviewing parks and real estate for possible sales of non-core assets as it works to reduce debt.

CEO John Reilly discussed the review during the company’s Nov. 5 earnings call. Portfolio discussions are underway now that most of the operating season has passed.

Six Flags has not named any parks under consideration or set a target for how many it could sell. The company has categorized parks based on their strategic value, including their place in regional pass networks, and is weighing how potential sales could improve its leverage.

The review follows the sale of seven parks earlier this year. The call did not announce another sale or park closure.
