Six Flags reported $1.17 billion in third-quarter revenue, down 11% on a reported basis but up 1.4% across the parks it still operates.

The same-park comparison excludes eight properties that were part of last year's reported results: seven parks sold before the 2026 operating season and one park in Bowie, Maryland, that closed after 2025. The quarter ended Sept. 27.

Attendance Edges Lower as Spending Rises

Attendance totaled 18.2 million visits, down 13.8% across the full reported portfolio and 0.2% on a same-park basis. Six Flags said more visits from passholders and members were offset by fewer single-day visits and complimentary tickets.

Per-capita spending reached $60.51, up 2.4% overall and 1.3% at the current park portfolio. Same-park operating days increased to 2,122 from 2,068.

Adjusted EBITDA Rises at the Current Park Portfolio

Adjusted EBITDA fell 11.1% to $493.2 million on a reported basis but rose 1.1% on a same-park basis. Six Flags recorded a $366.1 million net loss, which included a $687.7 million non-cash impairment charge.
