Hurly-Burly’s redesigned room at Disney’s BoardWalk has a raised floor and stepped seating intended to give more guests a clear view of the stage.
Disney Imagineer Meredith told MickeyBlog during a preview that the former Jellyrolls floor was raised to create a more unified level. The seats rise toward the back of the room and sit lower near the stage, another choice meant to improve sightlines.

A Room Built Around the Stage
Tables face a low stage, with raised rows behind them. Jewel-tone fabrics, teal walls and coral accents carry the seaside-theater look through the room.
Hurly-Burly opens October 1 in the former Jellyrolls space. The lounge will host afternoon trivia and games for families, followed by live music for guests 21 and older beginning at 9 p.m.
Small Plates and BoardWalk Drinks
The opening menu includes meatballs in tomato gravy, antipasto, mini pretzels, tomato pie, oven-roasted shrimp, roast beef sliders and mini apple cider doughnuts. A walk-up window will offer select beverages.
Nonalcoholic choices include Overture in Orange, Caramel Corn Cold Brew and Cherry Marquee. The cocktail list includes a Caramel Corn Old Fashioned, Cherry-Vodka Limeade and an Overproof Amaretto Sour. The venue will be walk-up only.
