Fun Spot America Atlanta will permanently close after August 2, 2026, ending operations at the Fayetteville, Georgia park.
Normal daily operations will continue from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. through closing day. Season passes and gift cards will remain valid at the Atlanta park through August 2, then continue to be honored at Fun Spot America's Orlando and Kissimmee parks.
Fun Spot America said it will work with employees through the transition. Guests with group events, field trips, or other reservations will receive more information in the coming weeks.
Fun Spot Atlanta closing details
The Atlanta park is home to ArieForce One, Hurricane Coaster, Screaming Eagle, the Samson go-kart track, batting cages, and family rides. The park promotes ArieForce One as the largest zero-G stall roller coaster in America.
Fun Spot America has not announced plans for ArieForce One or other Atlanta rides after the park closes. The company's Florida parks in Orlando and Kissimmee will keep operating.
John Arie Jr., Fun Spot America's chief executive officer, called the closure an extremely difficult decision in the announcement. The company thanked the Fayetteville community and the Atlanta team for supporting the park.
