Po's Kung Fu Training Camp Reopens at Universal Studios Florida After Refurbishment

The DreamWorks Land play area is back after a May 18-July 3 refurbishment, while Po Live remains closed through winter 2026.

Po's Kung Fu Training Camp is open again in DreamWorks Land at Universal Studios Florida after a refurbishment window that ran May 18 through July 3.

The outdoor play area mixes gongs, water effects, panda laundry gags, and Mr. Ping's spinning noodle bowls in the Kung Fu Panda section of the land. Inside Universal's reopening photos showed new non-slip flooring around the water-play areas.

Po Live Remains Closed

Po Live remains on Universal Orlando's temporary-closure calendar through winter 2026. The interactive Po experience is still closed while the nearby training camp is back for families moving through DreamWorks Land.

DreamWorks Land opened June 14, 2024, replacing the former Woody Woodpecker's KidZone with Shrek, Trolls, and Kung Fu Panda settings.
