Libs of TikTok misidentified Cedar Point as the organizer of an Aug. 2 “Muslim Day” group visit in a viral X post Saturday. The Northeast Ohio Muslim community is presenting the event, and the Islamic Center of Cleveland published the ticket details.
The Islamic Center is selling group tickets through Cedar Point's affiliate portal. Admission with parking costs $39.50. Admission to Cedar Point and Cedar Point Shores with parking costs $44.50, and an all-day drink pass costs $13.49.
Tickets are valid only Aug. 2 and cannot be purchased that day. Families across Northeast Ohio are invited, and buyers with ticket questions are directed to Cedar Point.
By late Saturday, the claim had more than 175,000 views, 1,800 reposts and 550 replies. Several replies pointed to the organizer line printed above Cedar Point's name on the flyer.
