TODAY and Universal Orlando Resort have launched Universal TODAY, a new video series hosted by Al Roker.
The series will cover Universal Orlando attractions, dining and trip tips. Its first preview shows Roker meeting Toothless at Universal Epic Universe and introduces the project as a guide to the resort.

TODAY Already Has a Home Inside the Park
The collaboration extends a relationship that visitors can see inside Universal Studios Florida. TODAY Cafe opened there in May 2019 with a menu inspired by the NBC morning show.
Roker and other TODAY hosts broadcast from the cafe during its opening. The location remains open near the park entrance and serves breakfast, sandwiches, salads and baked goods.
