Agatha Harkness joins Marvel Contest of Champions as a playable character on August 13. Kabam's August update also gives Cable a rework on August 4 and overhauls Spider-Man (Symbiote) on August 27.
The first phase of the Revenge of Legends event begins August 12 with new quests, side quests and permanent challenge content. Phase 2 follows August 26 with Hero Shard Arenas, login rewards, a Battle Pass, profile pictures and emotes.

What else arrives in August
Epilogue Part 2: Broken Lines arrives August 12, continuing the fight against the Chronoserpent and the path toward unlocking Carina Tivan. New players can also claim a 14-day Web of Chaos login bundle with 10 Spider-Verse characters and upgrade materials.
The update's Event Quest, Maiden, Mother, Crone, follows Agatha, Wiccan, Nico Minoru and Spider-Man (Symbiote) as they investigate a magical disturbance in the Battlerealm.
Agatha Harkness in Marvel Comics
Agatha first appeared in Fantastic Four #94 as the governess of Reed and Sue Richards' son Franklin. The centuries-old witch later became one of Wanda Maximoff's most important teachers, helping the Scarlet Witch understand and control her magic.
Contest of Champions has its own Battlerealm continuity built around heroes and villains pulled from across the Marvel multiverse. Agatha's game story can borrow familiar relationships without establishing what Marvel Studios will do with the character on screen.
