Universal Orlando's Annual Passholder and Team Member discount store will move to a new spot at Universal Studios Florida on Thursday, Sept. 3. The shop is relocating from the Hollywood area to the former Custom Gear store in the San Francisco area.
The new location sits at the exit of Fast & Furious: Supercharged, which closed to guests on Aug. 17 after its final operating day. The move gives the passholder-only store a larger space, based on the relocation notice sent to Annual Passholders and Team Members.
What Passholders Should Know
The store carries discounted merchandise from across Universal Orlando Resort, including items tied to Epic Universe, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay. Annual Passholders and Universal Team Members are the eligible shoppers described in the notice.
The store's address is changing, but the announcement does not identify a replacement attraction for the former Fast & Furious building. Guests looking for the discount shop should check their current passholder message before heading to the park, since operating details can change with limited-time merchandise.
Passholder Appreciation Days Continue Through September
Passholder Appreciation Days run through Sept. 30 as part of Universal Orlando's 2026 event calendar. The broader event includes limited-time offers across the parks, hotels and CityWalk. The discount-store relocation is a separate location change for Annual Passholders and Team Members.
