A broad fall food lineup is coming to Walt Disney World Resort, with new pancakes and waffles at resort food courts, fresh churro variations across the theme parks, frozen drinks, milkshakes and cocktails. The September 3 announcement covers locations at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, along with Disney Springs, water parks and resort hotels.
Offerings arrive this fall and remain subject to change and availability. Several drinks have both non-alcoholic and spirited versions, depending on the location.
New Pancakes and Waffles
The new breakfast choices give the classic Mickey-shaped waffle a run of sweet variations. The published locations include:
- Character-shaped Birthday Cake Waffles and Birthday Cake Pancakes: birthday cake custard, cake crumbles and rainbow sprinkles at Landscape of Flavors at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.
- Mickey-shaped Strawberry Waffles and Strawberry Pancakes: creamy vanilla custard at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, Riverside Mill Food Court and Everything POP Shopping & Dining.
- Mickey-shaped Caramel-Banana Waffles and Caramel-Banana Pancakes: streusel with bacon and sausage at End Zone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort.
- Mickey-shaped Fruit Cereal Waffles and Fruit Cereal Pancakes: creamy vanilla custard and fruit cereal at Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort.
- Mickey-shaped Candy Bar Waffles and Candy Bar Pancakes: cookie bar pieces, caramel and chocolate sauce at World Premiere Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort.
New Churros Across the Resort
Churro additions range from filled pastries to a sundae and a cold-brew pairing:
- Bavarian Cream-filled Churros with Chocolate Sauce: Anaheim Produce at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- DOLE Whip Pineapple with Chili-Lime and Churro Sundae: Warung Outpost at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, with a Typhoon Lagoon location listed for 2027.
- Cookie Butter Mini Churros: cookie butter cream and crushed cookies at Ice Cold Hydraulics at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- Maple Bacon Churro Fries: maple bacon jam, crispy crepe wafers and maple floss at Avalunch at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park.
- Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae: churro loops, strawberry soft serve, strawberry compote, whipped cream and cake crumble at Sunshine Seasons at EPCOT.
- Chocolate-filled Mini Churros: Market at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- Churro Overdrive: cookies-and-cream mini churros with blue sugar and marshmallow at Energy Bytes at Magic Kingdom.
- Cookies and Cream Mini Churros: Popcorn and Snacks at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- Churro-misu Cold Brew: Joffrey’s cold brew with tiramisu cold foam and a churro at Isle of Java at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
- Family Churros: 21 bite-size churros with sprinkles and dipping sauces at the Mission Space Cart at EPCOT.
Frozen Slushes, Shakes and Specialty Drinks
New frozen drinks include Key Lime Dream, Golden Frozen Flame, Peaches and Cream and Mango Heat Wave. They are listed at a mix of park snack counters, resort bars, Disney Springs locations and water-park venues, with alcoholic versions available at select locations.
The shake lineup includes a S’mores Gelato Milkshake at Connections Eatery at EPCOT, a Steamboat Willie Milkshake at The Plaza Restaurant at Magic Kingdom, and a Maple-Pecan Gelato Milkshake at Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Guests 21 and older can also order Espresso Martini Gelato Milkshake at Whispering Canyon Cafe or Espresso Martini Milkshake at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater.
New non-alcoholic specialty beverages include Enchanted Grove Lime Splash, Enchanting Ember Lemonade and Royal Berry Spritzer. Cocktail additions include Gold Standard Margarita, Cucumber Margarita, Citrus Old Fashioned, Spicy Margarita, Dragon Fruit Margarita, Rosé Spritz, Scotch & Honey and Dublin After Dark.
Specific locations vary by item. The full list includes restaurants, outdoor bars, resort lounges, food courts, snack carts and Disney Springs beverage stops, so guests should check the current menu at the location before making a special trip.
