Disney’s culinary team is exploring ramen bowls for Harryhausen’s that pair traditional Japanese flavors with a few deliberately strange Monstropolis touches.
The ideas start with rich tonkotsu broth and alkaline ramen noodles. Eyeball-shaped slices of fishcake and green eggs add the monster theme.
These dishes remain in development. Disney has not announced a final Harryhausen’s menu or prices.
Harryhausen’s is planned as a table-service restaurant inside Monstropolis at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. An eight-tentacled Audio-Animatronic sushi chef will work in the center of the dining room.
Monstropolis is scheduled to welcome guests in 2027.
