University of The Bahamas culinary students joined an “Anyone Can Cook” demonstration aboard Disney Dream during a recent shipboard visit.
Chef Khemraj and Chef Antoine led the session, showing students how a signature dish comes together and sharing professional cooking techniques. The students also spoke with a Disney chef about culinary work at sea.
Students met Chef Andras and Chef Kamben during the visit to learn about shipboard culinary careers. The program was part of Culinary Week for the university’s College of Tourism, Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Leisure Management.
Disney Cruise Line has hosted University of The Bahamas culinary students for career conversations and behind-the-scenes galley tours since 2019.
