Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar will serve its 2026 holiday menu from Nov. 10 through Jan. 11, led by new turkey croquettes and a three-cup spiked hot chocolate flight.
The Disney Springs bar’s holiday lineup also brings new egg rolls filled with pork, beef and sweet potato. Sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce comes on the side.
Turkey croquettes lead seven holiday dishes
The new Present Perfect Croquettes pair crispy fried turkey croquettes with a cherry-orange brandy glaze. Other new dishes include smoked trout dip with salmon pinwheels and fish-and-shrimp cakes, crispy Danish brie with lingonberry marmalade, and Cabernet-braised short ribs.
A strip-steak Wellington and deviled eggs topped with fried chicken return for the season. The menu and holiday decor are scheduled through Jan. 11, 2027.
The hot chocolate flight is alcoholic
The Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight has three small drinks. One mixes dark hot chocolate with tequila and chile liqueur. The second combines white hot chocolate with Frangelico and Chambord, while the third pairs dark hot chocolate with coconut rum and Irish cream.
A nonalcoholic option, the new Hangar Holly Jolly, mixes apple juice, kiwi syrup, lime juice and ginger ale.
