Magic Kingdom Early Entry gives eligible Disney Resort and select hotel guests a 30-minute head start. The current program continues through 2027. Thirty minutes can cover one headliner, or one headliner plus a short nearby ride when the gates and loading cooperate.
Choose Fantasyland or Tomorrowland before you reach the tapstiles. Walking from a backed-up Mine Train queue to Space Mountain can consume half the advantage. A stroller parked on the wrong side of Fantasyland will happily take the rest.
Pick one of these three starts
- From the frontRide Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. If the resort-guest line is already packed across the bridge, leave it.
- Fantasyland without the squeezeRide Peter Pan's Flight. It is the most reliable of the three and keeps you near Pooh, Small World, and Haunted Mansion at regular opening.
- Tomorrowland and TRONRide Space Mountain, then walk toward TRON Lightcycle / Run for regular park opening. Skip Buzz until TRON is handled.
CrowdLevels pulled these 90-day attraction profiles on July 17, 2026. The 8 a.m. figures cover observed operating samples in that local hour. They are useful for comparing opening behavior, but they are not a promise that every 8:30 a.m. Early Entry queue will match the average.
The current Early Entry lineup stays in two lands
Early Entry currently stays within Fantasyland and Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom. The official attraction list includes Seven Dwarfs, Peter Pan, Space Mountain, and Winnie the Pooh. Buzz Lightyear, Dumbo, Little Mermaid, Small World, Tomorrowland Speedway, PeopleMover, Carousel of Progress, and several smaller rides round out the list.
TRON, Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Jungle Cruise, and Pirates of the Caribbean are outside the current lineup. Those queues begin with regular park operation.
Seven Dwarfs works from the front
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train averaged 47.5 minutes across the latest 90 days. Its 8 a.m. hourly average was already 44.3 minutes, only two minutes below the 9 a.m. average. The old assumption that any resort guest automatically saves half an hour here does not fit the current data.
Stay with Mine Train when you arrive near the front and the queue is moving into the attraction entrance. Bail when the line is already swallowing the bridge. Peter Pan is the nearby backup. If Mine Train is down, move immediately; its 90-day reliability score was 91.3, with downtime appearing on 51 days.
Peter Pan is the practical Fantasyland pick
Peter Pan's Flight averaged 39.1 minutes over 90 days, with 35.2 minutes in the 8 a.m. hour and 37.1 at 9 a.m. The wait savings are modest, but the ride carried a 98.8 reliability score. That matters during a 30-minute window.
Peter Pan also creates an easy family route. Ride The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh next if it is still low, or use Under the Sea - Journey of The Little Mermaid as a quick second ride. At regular opening, Haunted Mansion is nearby and does not require another trip across the hub.
Space Mountain sets up the TRON rope drop
Space Mountain has the strongest current opening advantage among the three Early Entry headliners. It averaged 16.4 minutes in the 8 a.m. hour, 28.3 minutes at 9 a.m., and 35.3 minutes at 10 a.m.
TRON sits a short walk away and opens with regular park operation. Its 9 a.m. hourly average was 59.1 minutes, with a 65.0-minute average across the latest 90 days. Finish Space Mountain, check the time, and move toward TRON before adding Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. Buzz will still be there after breakfast. The early TRON queue will not stay small for long.
Space Mountain's 91.9 reliability score deserves a backup. If it is down when you arrive, either move directly toward TRON's regular-opening queue or ride Buzz once and remain in Tomorrowland. A late pivot to Peter Pan usually means joining the crowd you were trying to avoid.
Lightning Lane can free the morning
Seven Dwarfs and TRON currently use Lightning Lane Single Pass. Peter Pan and Space Mountain are tier-one Multi Pass choices.
If you buy TRON Single Pass, use Early Entry in Fantasyland. If you buy Seven Dwarfs Single Pass, start with Peter Pan or Space Mountain. Peter Pan's practical Multi Pass availability sold out at 3:39 p.m. on average across the latest 30 completed days, while Space Mountain's actionable sellouts occurred on 19 of 30 days and averaged 7 p.m. Peter Pan needs the earlier booking.
Three morning plans
Save the easy rides for later
PeopleMover, Carousel of Progress, Little Mermaid, Small World, and Dumbo can be excellent second rides. They rarely deserve the first slot unless one is the reason your kid got out of bed. Their lines are easier to absorb later than Mine Train, Peter Pan, Space Mountain, or TRON.
Do not wait near TRON during Early Entry while the available rides are running. Ride Space Mountain first, then move toward TRON as regular opening approaches. Do not cross from a long Mine Train queue to Tomorrowland after the extra time has started. Pick the land before you scan in and keep your first two rides close together.
