Walt Disney World Dolphin Fire Briefly Evacuates Lobby, Closes Bourbon Steak

The small kitchen fire was extinguished quickly late June 25, but Bourbon Steak remains closed until further notice.

A small fire at Bourbon Steak inside Walt Disney World Dolphin briefly evacuated part of the hotel late Thursday, June 25, and left the restaurant closed until further notice.

A hotel spokesperson told WKMG ClickOrlando that the fire started in the restaurant kitchen, was extinguished quickly, and caused no damage to hotel facilities. No injuries were reported.

Bourbon Steak is a Michael Mina restaurant inside Walt Disney World Dolphin, the resort hotel near Disney's BoardWalk.

Bourbon Steak Closed After Fire

The lobby reopened after the evacuation. Bourbon Steak remains closed until further notice.
