Disneyland Resort named Andres Robles from Arizona its honorary one billionth guest Friday, July 3, during a ceremony at the Disneyland Park entrance.
Robles, who was celebrating his eighth birthday at the resort, arrived with his parents, Alejandra and Jose Robles, before Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse surprised the family near the Main Street, U.S.A. train station.
The family stood on the train station platform and helped unveil an updated Disneyland population sign reading 1,000,000,000. Disney Ambassadors joined the ceremony, and Donald Duck and Daisy Duck later joined the Robles family for photos.
